These Terms govern your use of the IntQues platform provided by Kisandeals (OPC) Private Limited, including flashcards, quizzes, the resume builder, and the business assignment tools.

IntQues offers self-serve technical learning tools — flashcards, practice and exam-mode quizzes, a resume builder, and (for business accounts) tools to create assignments, invite candidates, and review results.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate details, keep account access secure, and use platform resources lawfully and respectfully.
4. Payments and Access
Paid features (such as the Pro subscription) and their pricing are shown before purchase. Access may be limited for misuse or policy violations.
5. Intellectual Property
Flashcard, quiz, and other platform content and website content belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be redistributed without permission. Resumes and assignment content you create remain yours.
6. Limitation
We provide services on a best-effort basis and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use interruptions or third-party platform issues.
